policies

camcellations:

-orders cancelled within 48 hours will receive a partial refund of 25% of the order total + delivery

-orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a delivery refund

delivery:

-local delivery orders are hand delivered to your door

-if there is no one there to receive your order, we will leave the florals in a safe place near the door and send over a delivery confirmation (with photo) to the provided email and/or phone number

-while we will do our best to place your order in a secure location, rabbit rabbit florals is not liable for any damage incurred after drop off due to theft, nature, or any other circumstances that are out of our control once drop-off is completed

-in the case of deliveries made to apartments/condos/complex, we will follow policies outlined by these residences' delivery policies (often including leaving deliveries with lobby staff or in a designated area); rabbit rabbit florals is not responsible for orders after delivery is completed

-if required delivery information (i.e. gate code, unit number, etc.) is not communicated upon placing your order/prior to delivery, you will be contacted upon drop-off for this information; please note that deliveries that are unable to be completed due to missing or incomplete delivery information will result in a re-delivery attempt and fee, unless pickup is requested for the second order completion attempt by customer

-if you would like to omit the delivery fee and opt for local ATL pickup, send us an email at hi@rabbitrabbit.design

quality guarantee:

-please note: florals are perishable and have a shelf life! they require tending and care to maintain freshness

-follow the guidelines given to you on your care instructions card, included in every order; in following these guidelines, we offer a two-day freshness guarantee

-guidelines include:

  • keep vases topped off with water; check on your water levels upon unboxing and monitor daily

  • keep florals out of direct sunlight or heat sources, as these will cause your blooms to prematurely wilt

-if you have followed these guidelines and still have any concerns regarding your order:

  • please reach out within two days of your receiving your order

  • send over a description of the issue, alongside photos documenting any areas of concern to hi@rabbitrabbit.design

-we take your satisfaction with our florals to heart; orders that are confirmed to have valid quality control issues will be offered a full refund or replacement
